Returns & Refunds

Overview
We’re confident you’ll love your new Den totes. Because every order is produced and packed specially for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges (see statutory exceptions in Section 5).
No-Refund & No-Return Policy
Change of mind, wrong size, colour preferences or other discretionary reasons are not eligible for a return or refund.
Gift purchases are covered by the same policy with no credit or exchange can be issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Quality matters to us. If your tote arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect:
1. Email hello@yourden.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.
3. Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Claims submitted after 7 days or without photographic evidence may be declined.
Order Cancellations & Address Errors
Orders are processed immediately and we’re unable to cancel or edit orders once placed.
Please double-check your shipping details, Den is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit or replace any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws (e.g., faulty-goods guarantees). Where local law requires a remedy beyond this policy, we will of course comply.
