Den led the full refurbishment of this Victorian home, pairing a ground-floor extension and loft conversion with sympathetically restored period detailing — reinstated cornices and ceiling roses, a stained-glass entrance and full-height glazing that opens the house onto the garden. Acting as design manager and project manager, we shaped the interiors, ran procurement, and steered budget, programme and contractors all the way to move-in for the growing family.
